Sess., ch. 155. The petitioner alleges that it is a nonprofit corporation, whose members are taxpayers and representatives of various business interests in the state of Washington. It alleges that the questions raised in its application are of great public interest and that an opinion of this court is needed to clarify the constitutional duties of the legislature in overriding gubernatorial item vetoes.
